You must register for online banking. It is very simple to use.

  1. Login ID - Enter your account number as your member number.
  2. Follow the prompts and fill in the required information.
  3. Password – Your password will be e-mailed to you.

There are many benefits to our new site such as additional security features PLUS the ability to receive your statement electronically. The biggest feature is the ability to view your account activity in real time, not the upload process which our current product requires. The only time the system is not available is the end of the month for updates.

Troubleshooting Online Help Issues?

If you have moved or married please make sure that we have your updated information in our system.

When signing-up:

  • do not add the (extra) digit at the end of your checking account number or add any zeros in front of your account number.
  • you may need to enter your telephone area code. Try with and then without.

If you have forgotten your passwords you can click on forgot password and a temporarily password will be emailed immediately.

If you have forgotten the answers to your Challenge Questions. we can reset your account for you to setup new Challenge Questions and Answers.

If you have problems signing on after your account has been set-up, we may have to delete your account from the system and have you go through the sign-up process again. Usually it is due to an invalid password or account number.

After three attempts to login to your account, your account will be locked and you will need to contact us at 708-216-4500.

You are allowed only six (6) transfers by automatic transfer/overdraft, personal computer transfers or preauthorized debits per month from your Regular Shares under the same account. These transfers are subject to the Federal Reserve, Regulation D. If you exceed these limitations, the item might not be covered and your account may be subject to a fee.

Security Tips

  • Create a complex password
  • Memorize your User Name and Password. Your online User Name and Password authenticate you as the account owner when you begin an Online Banking session. You should memorize your Password and never write it down anywhere or reveal it to anyone.
  • Change your password regularly. You should always remember to regularly change your password.
  • Remember to sign off. You may not always be at your own computer when you bank online. Therefore, it is important to sign off when you are finished with your Online Banking session.
  • Notify the Loyola University Credit Union immediately by phone if you notice any unusual account activity. Call us between
  • 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at (708) 216-4500.
  • Always use your browser's built-in security features.
  • Delete cookies. You can delete cookies, cache and temporary internet files by going to the toolbar at the top of screen: Click Tools, Internet Options, and Delete.
  • Make sure the computer(s) you use have current anti-virus software. Anti-virus software needs frequent updates to guard against new viruses. Install a personal firewall to help prevent unauthorized access to your home computer
